Management of Sports Communication
This module focuses on the management of communication processes that are typical of sports clubs, in particular, communication from the club to the outside.

Sport Science – Nutrition
This part of the program allows the participant to acquire basic notions of physiology, which is necessary to enhance soccer performance. Moreover, it will also include sport nutrition notions, as every professional must have a basic understanding of this subject in order to ensure players have a healthy lifestyle.

Italian Soccer Methodology – Strategy
The basics of soccer training with a focus on the Italian soccer tradition. Each participant will fully acquire the Italian training management methodology. This part of the program, which focuses on training sessions and the management of the athlete’s performance, will include both theoretical classroom-based and on-pitch sessions.

Coaching – Leadership and Performance
The coaching lessons aim to teach how to manage one’s being, mentality and style within a team.

SPRING SEMESTER
Sports Media & Press Management
This course provides the participants with the skills necessary to handle press-related activities within a sports club, in particular, methods and procedures for an effective sport communication, as well as the monitoring of external communication through influencers and stakeholders.

Italian Soccer Methodology – Match analysis
One of the Italian soccer tradition’s most famous characteristics is its defensive tactics. From zone defense, advocated by Arrigo Sacchi, to Renzo Ulivieri’s 3–4–3 formation, when it comes to defending, Italy is one of the best schools worldwide. Cannavaro, Nesta, Maldini, they all learned the fundamentals of defense from the Italian Federation’s football tradition. The program will therefore deal with the analysis of the rival’s abilities, as well as the training methodologies for the physical and technical development of player’s skills adopted by the most successful youth Italian soccer clubs.

Coaching – Sports PsychologyÂ
Some individuals naturally have more empathy and charisma than others, however, we can all work on ourselves to offer better training to the players. The program will also focus on more effective hand gesturing, the choice of words and the content of communication, as these require expertise, preparation and prior study. Thanks to very experienced teachers and trainers.

Sports Legal & Management
Organizational Models – policies for the management of youth players. The program will also cover legal and bureaucratic notions related to the management of youth teams, which, if successful, can determine the success of soccer clubs and national teams, both in terms of sports performance and financial results. The program’s aim is to offer full and comprehensive training of participants in relation to academies, by incorporating the knowledge acquired in the Soccer Methodology lesson concerning the physical, as well as the technical-tactical development of young players, with the knowledge of the more purely legal and bureaucratic aspects governed by FIFA (applied by all local federations).
